Select the product and size of your choice from the ‘Custom Order’ section. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your pet’s reference photo or description.
What types of products can I customize?
We offer a range of products for customization, including canvas prints, phone cases, mugs, and more. Each product comes in various sizes to best fit your space and preferences.
How do I send you my pet’s photo or description?
After completing your purchase, you will be guided to upload your pet’s photo or input a description via a follow-up email. Make sure your photo is high resolution for the best quality print.
Can I customize a product with more than one pet?
Yes, you can! However, please note that including more than one pet may affect the layout and size of each pet’s depiction on the final product. Additional charges may apply.
What if I don’t have a photo of my pet?
If you don’t have a photo, provide us with a detailed description, and our artists will work their magic. We’ll capture your pet’s essence and bring your vision to life.
How long does it take to receive a proof of my custom order?
Our design process usually takes 3-5 business days after receiving your pet’s photo or description. We strive to ensure that each design is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.
What if I want changes made to my proof?
We’re committed to your satisfaction. If the initial proof doesn’t quite capture your vision, let us know what changes you’d like, and we’ll revise the design.
How many revisions am I allowed?
We offer up to nearly unlimited complementary revisions. By this, we mean to say that we reserve the right to refuse a revision based on customer interaction. Our goal is to give 100% satisfaction, in the rare case we just can’t seem to achieve this we will refund your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my custom product?
After you approve the proof, production typically takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping times vary based on location but are generally between 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Of course! Things happen. Send us an email and let us know that you’re canceling. You don’t have to give us a reason, but it may help us improve the whole process in the future if you do. No hard feelings. We hope you’ll try us again in the future.
How do I care for my custom product?
For poster prints, avoid high area of direct sunlight to keep the colors from fading. On all clothing items that have a print, make sure to wash with the print facing inside. Care instructions will be provided if you don’t find this page.
Do you offer international shipping?
